After a brief introduction about the project expected outcomes, target group and research methodology followed, each one of the chapters will analyze different aspects from the study. Chapter 2 will provide an analysis of career guidance in the partner countries including a definition of low-skilled adult and Career Guidance in the participating countries, a brief about the social and political situation relevant for the research, and the studies on career guidance and programmes for low skilled adults in the partner´s countries. Chapter 3 will focus on target group needs analysis including an analysis of the results obtained of the qualitative interviews and questionnaires for Low Skilled Adults and Career Guidance Professionals. Chapter 4 will contain the competence framework for career guidance professionals working with low skilled adults. To close the report, Chapters 5 and 6 will collect some conclusions and the annexes, respectively. The elaboration of this Intellectual Outcome has lasted for 6 months (form October 2017 to March 2018). During this time, all the project’s members have worked together as a team under the coordination of Fundación Coremsa, which has led the organization of this intellectual outcome. The research techniques used for the elaboration of this result have been the following: Methodological Guidelines: The guidelines has intended to set the steps to take in order to complete Intellectual Output one as well as give a general view of the activity itself. Activities, methodology, tools and templates have been presented in order to assure the proper development of IO1. Documental research: The research has consisted of a deep study on the current situation of Career Guidance services in each of the member countries analyzing a) legal framework; b) studies and researches covering the topics of this project at European and national level, c) analysis of existent and/or past programmes, d) good practices from other institutions, running projects, etc. Each partner elaborated a summary with the main outcomes per country. In order to complete this research, partners identified the following topics:  Definition of low skilled adult  What is career guidance?  What is the social and political situation relevant for the research in partner´s country?  List of Governmental studies on career guidance and trainings for low skilled adults  List of academic studies on career guidance for low skilled adults  What are the current career guidance programmes for low skilled adults?  Which competences are necessary to efficiently support unemployed low-skilled adults, i.e. what are the career coaches’ competences?  What are the gaps between identified career coaches competences and coaching skills?
