[Project Number: 2017-1-SK01-KA204-035385] The practical implications of this study makes us reflect that these results can serve as important tools for institutional planning and decision making about essential educative requirements. Especially for those who work as professional counselors but have no specific or appropriate education on this subject, or its education is not as deep or wide as it should be. Finally, thus far the Qualify project has identified the needs of low skilled unemployed whilst also identifying the needs of those working in the field of career advice and counseling. The intended training which will be developed as a result of the research can in some way support these needs and in doing so this can be cascaded internally amongst the benefitting organisations which will support the sustainability of this intervention in a positive way.
