Introduction From all the collected samples we can establish the competence framework that is expressed in this section. The term Competence implies several meanings. Sometimes it refers to the work framework, and some other times it describes the characteristics of the people carrying it out. The definition of Competence that is more in line with the objective and purpose of this Report is the following: Competence is considered to be the "integrated set of knowledge, skills, abilities, aptitudes, personality traits and motivations, innate or underlying in a person, which predispose him to successfully perform the requirements and demands of a job, occupation or role in a given professional context" 10 . Furthermore, talking about competencies is talking about what one 'knows how to do'. Talk about what can guarantee what you could do, even above what you have been able to do - given certain previous training and experience. _______________________________ 10 D.ARRIBAS y J.PEREÑA, Manual compeTEA, TEA Ediciones, S.A, Madrid, 2009 (p.16).
