Those who did answered were more focused on the need to boost real job opportunities in job boards rather than improving career orientation itself. *Question 7: only 11 interviewees replied to this question. What they said is that they value the career counsellors’ personal implication, the applied empathy and psychology, the information provided for them, motivation and positive attitude. *Question 8: 7 interviewees have not replied to this question. The rest of interviewees have replied affirmatively, and they have pointed out that the way of identifying strengths has been through one-on-one interviews, communication and dialogue with their career counsellor. *Question 9: In general, interviewees have answered that work experience, language training, regulated training, digital competences, career orientation from professionals, and a better understanding of new job-seeking techniques should be more valued.
