[Project Number: 2017-1-SK01-KA204-035385] These organisations do not have the legal obligation to offer these personalised job search services, but they were pioneering in Spain, and they were favoured by the closeness with citizens and by the enrichment and development that these kind of local services represent. They also offer career guidance services from other municipal areas such as social services, which are immigrant and disadvantaged people oriented, etc., or programmes aimed at women, young people and other people groups. Apart from the public sector, there are other private companies like temporary work agencies who also offer counselling services and lots of collectives who try to ease the access to the labour market to unemployed people like NGOs and other neighbouring religious associations who pursue the same goal. In Spain, the career guidance scene is really dispersed, services are duplicating and canalization of this supply through the corresponding Public State Employment Service would be convenient, in order to achieve the resources optimization, which would be translated as a better unemployed service. In practice, it doesn’t exist a right coordination between the different services. By way of example, different actuation guidelines are detected between education and work services when establishing the minimum educational level (formal education) required for recruitment or for an access to a professional training for employment. It is necessary that career guidance professionals normalize technical actions (provided information, way of attention, etc.) in order to always provide the same offered service level and avoid having some people “overattended” and others with not enough information and with a feeling of having lost their time. Due to the negative current labor market situation, worsen by the economic crisis, the central and autonomous administration are carrying through a series of initiatives in order to introduce and strengthen more stable structures in career guidance and give an answer to the increasing demand. This demand should represent an increasing of the number of professionals and also an improvement of work conditions, while they provide more technical means which allow improving the counseling task and making it really efficient to improve the unemployment situation.
