ANALYSIS OF CAREER GUIDANCE IN THE PARTNER COUNTRIES This section has been created based on the Research Study that has been developed by every partner of this project during the period time from December 2017 to March 2018. The content of this Research Study has been advanced previously. It has been referred to as the methodology used for the elaboration of the present document (page 10). Now is the moment to analyse the work done by the partners, to analyse the content of theirs studies and to draw the conclusions that every country has reached. On the one hand, every partner has involved professionals on the sector and on career guidance to cover the two concepts that we consider the base of the IO1 elaboration: - Definition of low skilled adult - What is career guidance? On the other hand, we consider fundamental the analysis of the current socio-political situation of every country in order to established comparisons between them. Therefore we would like to remark the great effort every partner has made to set out and condense all that information on the Research Study. Also, every partner has included in its Research Study the research papers already existing on the Career Guidance field elaborated whether by governments or by the academy. They have also included the training and education programmes available in their countries and orientated to low skilled adults. The comparative analysis of every partner’s Research Study will allow us to create the final section of this Report. This final section includes a Skills’ List, skills that we consider relevant for career guidance professionals who work with unemployed low-skilled adults.
